CX Inbox — WhatsApp Customer Support Platform

By accessing or using CX Inbox (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. The service

CX Inbox is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

  • Shared inbox for customer support teams via WhatsApp Business API
  • Configurable AI-powered chatbot
  • Bulk WhatsApp campaign messaging
  • Conversation analytics and reporting

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable prior notice.


2. Registration and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Information provided must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Each organization (tenant) has its data completely isolated from all others.
  • The account administrator is responsible for the users they invite to the platform.

3. Plans and payments

  • CX Inbox offers various subscription plans with different features and limits.
  • Payments are made in advance according to the selected billing cycle.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice.
  • No refunds are issued for unused partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content through the platform.
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policies or WhatsApp Commerce Policies.
  • Attempt to access other organizations' data or breach data isolation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activities.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan in an abusive or automated manner.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.


5. Data and content

  • Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload or process through CX Inbox.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining consent from your end consumers.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Meta / WhatsApp Business API: Messaging operates through the WhatsApp API. You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms.
  • AI providers: If you enable chatbot features, message content is sent to the AI provider you configure (Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI). CX Inbox does not choose the provider; this is your decision.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.


7. Artificial intelligence

  • AI-generated responses are approximations and may contain errors.
  • You are responsible for supervising and configuring chatbot behavior.
  • CX Inbox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
  • AI provider API keys are provided by you (BYOK) and you are responsible for their security and associated costs.

8. Intellectual property

CX Inbox, including its software, design, logos, documentation, and original content, is the property of SOA Software LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.


9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CX Inbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@cxinbox.ai.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with prior notice when possible.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email or within the platform with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance.


12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Orlando, Florida.
