Do I pay WhatsApp fees separately? +
Yes. The conversation costs Meta charges are paid directly to Meta based on your usage. We add no markup: our price is for the platform only.
Do I need a card for the trial? +
No. The 14-day trial asks for no card. We only request a payment method when you decide to continue on a plan.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. The change shows up on your next invoice.
What if I need more users? +
On Starter and Pro you can add packs of 5 extra users. The Enterprise plan includes unlimited users.
