Yes. CX Inbox uses Meta's official API. If you already have a number, you link it in minutes from the app. If not, the setup process walks you through creating one.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges per template sent. We don't add markup. You pay your CX Inbox subscription and Meta's fees go directly to them.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. We support OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and local models compatible with the OpenAI API. You bring your API key and control spending directly with the provider.
Is my data secure?
Each organization's data is isolated across 3 layers: application, database, and network. JWT auth, role-based access control, encryption in transit.
Can I migrate from another platform?
