Your whole team on one WhatsApp number,
without paying per user.
Shared inbox, broadcast campaigns and AI automations on the official WhatsApp Business API. You connect your own AI key and pay the provider at cost, just like with Meta.
$25 USD/month · 5 users included · no card
Your WhatsApp works. The way you run it does not.
Four signs the channel has outgrown you.
-
Three people answering from three phones, and nobody knows who replied what. Reviewing a conversation means borrowing somebody else’s phone.
-
A customer asks twice because the first message got buried between conversations. It was not answered late — it was never answered.
-
You hire someone new and the platform charges you more for letting them in. Growing the team turns into a budget decision instead of an operations one.
-
And once you finally automate, the bot works so well the bill goes up: they charge you for every conversation it resolved.
That last charge is the one that made us build this. Here is what the bill looks like:
No fine print
The charges that make the bill unpredictable on other platforms do not exist here.
What other platforms bill you on top
- Conversations the bot handled Ten a month or ten thousand $0.00
- Messages over the cap There is no monthly cap here $0.00
- Markup on Meta message fees Meta charges its rate; we add nothing $0.00
- Automation flows With AI or without it, as many as you need $0.00
- Connections to your systems CRM, ERP or whatever you use, no matter how many $0.00
- AI usage You connect your own key and pay the provider at cost $0.00
Plus the messages you pay Meta directly, at their price.
Need more than five users? $5 USD a month per pack of five ($4 billed annually). On the Enterprise plan they are unlimited.
Not a demo — real traffic
These numbers come from the platform in production and update on their own: messages our customers' bots have answered and conversations already handled from CX Inbox. Among them, the daily operation of ENI Networks, the telecom operator that built CX Inbox and runs its customer service on it.
- messages answered by bots
- 565K+
- conversations handled
- 140K+
- bot on duty
- 24/7
These are live platform figures, not a marketing estimate. We would rather show you what exists than tell you about hundreds of customers that do not: no borrowed logos and no inflated adoption numbers here.
Where the difference comes from
It is not that we charge less for the same thing. It is that the charges that grow the bill on other platforms do not exist here: per session, per seat, per going over the cap, and per Meta message.
| Line item | On other platforms | What you pay on CX Inbox |
|---|---|---|
| Users | Sold as seats. Every person you add to your team raises the bill. | 5 included in the $25 USD a month. Adding more costs $5 a month per pack of 5 ($4 billed annually), not per person. |
| Conversations the bot handles | Charged per session or per case the bot resolves. The more you automate, the more you pay. | No charge. The bot handles unlimited conversations, no matter how many it resolves. |
| Message cap | A monthly limit bundled into the plan. Going over costs extra or forces you up a tier. | No cap. You pay Meta directly for messages, and the subscription does not move. |
| Markup on Meta message fees | Around 20% on top of every message, charged by the platform. | Zero. Meta charges its rate and we add nothing to it. |
One of our customers was paying over $1,000 a month for a platform with this pricing structure.
We built CX Inbox so they could stop. It is the same platform we now offer to any company that works over WhatsApp.
The table above describes how those platforms charge, not a list price: the amount depends on each business volume.
How you start
Three steps, and none of them waits on a call from us.
- 1
Create your account
Sign up with your email and you are in. No card, no sales call.
- 2
Connect your WhatsApp number
You connect it yourself, from your account settings, in minutes: signing up for the official WhatsApp Business API happens right there, with no separate paperwork and no middleman. And if a question comes up, support is available.
- 3
Start answering
Your team replies from the shared inbox, and you build the bot whenever you want with the visual editor and your own AI key.
Build your bot before you create the account
The bot designer is free, asks for no account and no card. Design the conversation you want and, once you like how it turned out, take it to your account.
Open the free designerWhat $25 USD a month covers
Five users, the whole platform, and no per-message charge from us.
One number, your whole team
Five users answer from the same WhatsApp number without passing a phone around. Every conversation gets assigned, tagged, and logged.
AI bot with your own key
Connect your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key and pay the provider directly. The bot handles the repetitive work, queries your systems, and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
Bulk campaigns
Send templates to your contacts and see what was delivered, read, and replied to. The replies land in the same inbox.
The real cost, in plain sight
Analytics show what Meta charged for your conversations, down to the cent, with no markup of ours on top.
Before you ask
The five questions that always come up.
Do I need the official WhatsApp API? Do you help me get it?
You do need it, and you sign up for it from inside the platform: go to your account settings, follow Meta’s process, and you are connected. No separate paperwork, no middleman, and no waiting on a manual approval. Support is there if a question comes up, but the process does not depend on us doing anything.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. The number you already use can be migrated to the official WhatsApp Business API. Keep one consequence in mind, and it is Meta’s rule rather than ours: a number connected to the API stops working in the WhatsApp Business phone app, because from then on it is answered from the inbox. If you would rather not move your current number, you connect a new one.
How much does Meta charge me on top of the $25?
Meta bills separately and you pay them directly: we do not add a cent. Since July 2025 they charge per delivered message, not per conversation, and the rate depends on the category —marketing, utility or authentication— and on the country. Service messages, meaning your replies inside the window your customer opens by writing to you, are free. Meta publishes the exact rate for your country in its own rate card, and inside CX Inbox you see the real cost of every campaign to the cent.
What happens to my conversations if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your organization is suspended while keeping your plan, with read-only access: you sign in, look through conversations, contacts and reports, and export whatever you need, but you no longer send. Data is kept for 30 days and, past that window, permanently deleted. Reactivate within it and you get everything back intact.
Do I need to know how to code to build the bot?
No. The bot is built in a visual designer: you arrange the steps of the conversation, write what it replies, and that is it. You do not even need an account to try it: the designer is free, asks for no sign-up and no card.
